Overview
A UX/UI project for Wasda, a fictional laundromat that combines a mobile app and in-store kiosk to create a seamless laundry experience. Through a user-centred approach, the project simplifies everyday tasks such as reservations, payments, and machine tracking, making laundry more efficient and stress-free.

Context
A UX/UI design project focused on creating a digital experience across multiple touchpoints for a new, fictional business. The project included developing both the brand identity and a user-centred interface, guided by customer journey mapping, UX principles, and advanced Figma techniques.
Concept
Designed for students with busy schedules, Wasda transforms the traditional laundromat into a seamless digital experience. By combining a clear brand identity with a user-centred mobile app and an in-store kiosk, the concept simplifies every step of the laundry process—from checking machine availability and making reservations to digital payments and real-time notifications. The kiosk provides the same intuitive experience for visitors who prefer or need to interact on-site. Together, these touchpoints create a predictable, efficient, and stress-free laundry experience that fits naturally into everyday student life.
